Company and Union Agree to Contract Extension

Kroger Nashville and UFCW Local 1995 met this week and agreed to extend the current Nashville Division contract. This is an open extension that can be cancelled by either the Company or Union with a 15-day written notice.

This extension allows the Company and Union additional time to continue working toward reaching an agreement.

What This Means for You
The current contract expires March 28, 2026. With this extension, your current wages, healthcare, pension, and other benefits will remain in place as they are today. It’s business as usual, and you should continue to report to work according to your schedule.

Staying Informed
We will remain committed to providing updates and sharing more information as it becomes available.

Thank you for your patience and for all you do to take care of your customers and each other.
