Company and Union will Kickoff Contract Negotiations with February 17 Opening Session

Kroger Nashville and UFCW Local 1995 will meet Tuesday, February 17 to begin bargaining a new contract.

The opening session provides an opportunity for each bargaining committee member and negotiator to introduce themselves. The company and union will also share opening presentations.

Bargaining is a Process
The opening session is the start of the bargaining process. Throughout the process the company and union will engage in meaningful discussion about their respective proposals as we work together to reach a fair and balanced agreement.

It is important to remember your current contract does not expire until March 28, 2026.
