Dear Kroger Associate,
Every day, you bring care, excellence, and heart to our customers and our communities. Our customers tell us often how much they appreciate your friendly service and hard work — and I want you to know we appreciate it, too. Thank you for everything you do to make our stores successful.
As many of you know, negotiations on your contract with UFCW Local 1995 start this month. I understand how important this process is to you and your families. It is equally important to me and to our entire Nashville Division.
Our goal remains the same: to reach a fair and balanced agreement that supports you with competitive wages, affordable health care benefits, and a stable pension for your retirement — while also helping our stores stay strong and competitive in today’s evolving retail environment.

As negotiations progress, we will provide open and transparent bargaining updates, so you have the facts. You can stay informed by:
If questions come up, please reach out to your Store Management Team. We are committed to getting you timely information throughout the bargaining process.
Thank you for your continued dedication and for the difference you make every single day for our customers and our stores. I truly appreciate you and all you do for our customers and each other.
Sincerely,
Sonya Hostetler
President, Nashville Division
